Yes, I met my now wife at a very large and busy festival many years ago.

I walked past her and it struck me instantly that if I did not go back and speak to her the I would regret it. So I jumped in and said hello. I was smitten with her and knew I had fallen for her hopelessly within a few weeks. For me, It was not an incident

Yes and No. If forgetting  love  means not holding memories close to yourself anymore , I have not. However, I do not think about him on regular basis and I do not find myself craving for the person. Of-course It has been a very long time and we have developed in different personalities (I say that completely based on his social media profile as we were never in touch after our break-up). I still adore him and always will. I don't feel any resentment and I hold those memories close to my heart. Luckily, Indians are born with a birthright of arranged marriage so somehow everyone, good, bad or ugly happens to find their partner.
